WHO WE ARE
Holt Harris | President
Holt Harris grew up in Texas, working in the oil patch from teenage years to the present day, starting with the Western Company of North America (1986-1988). While in college (University of Oklahoma BBA Finance 1993), Holt worked for Harris Tool Company (1988-1994), the company his father started in order to bring to market numerous oilfield tools he patented. After graduation, Holt worked for Smith Barney/Citigroup, learning financial and joint venture skills he employed when leaving to start CSP (Creative Solutions Partners), a client-based asset and business management company. That became his foundation for starting, with several like-minded oil patch savvy partners, Harris Energy Partners, LLC. Holt continues to use his extensive network of geologists, petroleum engineers, service companies, and industry partners to identify, acquire and develop Permian Basin joint ventures. And he uses all his financial skills to structure the best opportunities for his investors who buy in to his joint ventures. All the while, he directs his management team so they can implement the business strategy that now guides Harris Energy Partners and its parent company.

In addition, Robert compiles data for prospect evaluations and handles initial communication with vendors/field service contractors.
Dudley McCarty | Geo-Technician
Thomas Dudley McCarty has specialized in the drawing, drafting, design and graphics profession for over 33 years. His career path became evident at an early age while attending Weatherford High School in Texas. During his sophomore and junior years, he won multiple District and State awards and championships in both architectural and mechanical drafting. By his graduation in May of 1978, he had already designed and helped build multiple custom homes, commercial buildings and a church. While attending Weatherford Junior College, Dudley learned the land survey and title aspect of the business by plotting final survey plats from detailed meets and bounds descriptions from field notes. His employment at the offices of Tommy Hughes & Associate, a Parker County surveyor, has proven invaluable over the years in being able to fully understand legal land description issues. In the spring of 1981, Dudley enrolled in the school of architecture at the University of Texas at Arlington. During that year, he also worked full time for the City of Arlington Engineering Department. Responsibilities included subdivision, street, paving and drainage construction plans. Additionally, he created many exhibits for the city council meetings. Upon viewing some of these exhibits, a representative of Bass Enterprises in Fort Worth contacted him with a lucrative employment opportunity in the oil and gas industry. After working for Bass Enterprises for a time, he resigned and took a job at Lariat Drafting & Map Company. There he worked with many of Fort Worth’s finest oil companies and learned more about the industry. Within two years, Dudley entered the DFW area’s geological and geophysical graphics consulting scene as the sole proprietor of McCarty Graphics. After 26 years, his business is still going strong. As graphics consultant, Dudley is responsible for the design and creation of the maps and exhibits in our prospectus. His experience in analyzing, digesting and completing thousands of projects to date allows for a unique perspective on visual techniques to best illustrate the story behind each of our projects. His personal mission statement is to render each exhibit in a clear, accessible and accurate fashion.
