COMPANY STRATEGY
Unlike most other Independent Oil and Gas companies, we have designed our Business Strategy to implement our Mission Statement, and that means we try to develop outstanding joint ventures that may provide at least equal return, lower risk, and greater partner transparency than our competition. Here are the important components of our Strategy:
-
We have an excellent, experienced network of professionals that have a demonstrated record for finding, developing, drilling, and producing oil and gas. We add to this our longstanding relationships with trusted O&G service companies so we can usually bring in commercial wells on time and under budget.
-
We focus on geographic/geologic formations in Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana containing proven undeveloped reserves that we and our network of petroleum geologists, engineers, and service providers know well. Collectively, we utilize the latest technologies to maximize our success rate, and we manage production operations so we are profitable whether oil prices are high or low.
-
We make smart, informed decisions using the latest 3D seismic technology, well logging, and chemical assays so we are able to choose the best commercial well prospects.
-
We generate our own joint ventures from the ground floor and we and our partners own each project 100%. What this means: we find a prospect that fits our strategic criteria; we acquire all leases, permits, and contracts necessary for drilling the well; we then offer qualified investors an opportunity to invest directly in a turnkey O&G joint venture. There is no broker or retail mark-up in our joint ventures.
-
We operate the wells we drill, so we control and minimize operating costs as we continue to build monthly production volume.
-
We provide our investment partners maximum accessibility and transparency to project structure, geology, investment return, and budget so they are confident we will meet or exceed expectations.
Our Strategy drives our Tactics, and our Tactics drive our Plan. Each day we work to carry out tasks comprising our Plan, which in turn feed into Tactics that comprise our Strategy. Success at each stage feeds into success at higher levels. And we are proactive, constantly monitoring activities at the wellsite so we can make adjustments as soon as needed.
